Chimborazo province
"We booked our stay via Julioverne in connection with a trek to a little polylepis forest uphills of the village. Guest rooms and toilets were clean, we hat newly washed blankets and even a towel each. The bedcovers were sufficiently warm in the unheated room. They have 3 rooms with two separate beds each, one with a matrimonial. Our Julioverne guide Juan brought the food and made some excellent cooking for us. Basic stuff like sugar, salt, tea as-well as dishes are there. The community house also has a sales booth of some locally made things - particuliarly woollen goods (but don't expect some premium quality). We didn't have any contact to the villagers but staying in a village and looking up to the bright stats at night made this stay special for us. Morning statrs early in the village because animals get up with the first sunrays. You can go from Casa Condor onto Whymper Refuge in one day and start the Chimborazo ascent from there (if you want). Casa Condor
"I was part of a school trip where we stayed at Casa Condor, and all I can say is wow. The community and food was incredible, the tours, hikes, and local culture were absolutely impressive. The only complaint I can make is that I didn't grab any food on the way out!"

Вut it is a very good place to stay, if you have Spanish translator with you. The climate here is almost like in Paradise (but remember about the rainy season, which b egins in late December and continues until May). I have taken some fashion clothes with me, but in fact I usually was walking around in a bikini all day. So you don’t need to bring much. Just shorts, a few t-shirts, pareo, hat, sunglasses and bucket of sun protect means (!). In the club you can play Golf, tennis (who needs it at the ocean shore? ) also you can rent surfboard and jump on the waves, which here are really magic. My husband does not like beach holidays, but these waves made our stay. In the beach restaurant you may have surprisingly good meal, fresh juices and you can enjoy spectacular sunset in the same time. Club Casa Blanca has its own private territory, it save and has...
